From a growing love with rice culture
Inspiration comes first from the wild world, as it peeks thru the cracks in the wall. Then the treasured time together with local elders, who use their very own hands to bring forth their food from the earth.
Let us dream up glimpses into the world where they were born, where threads In our midst are remnants of an ancient past!

稲間から覗く野生の世界がインスピレーションの源となっている。自ら主食を生み出す。
彼らが生まれた世界への一瞥を夢見てみよう。私たちの間に紡がれる糸は、遠い昔の名残なのだ！

全てのエレメントが揃った屋久島で、森と海の間の田んぼでお米を育てるという事は、喜びそのものです。
　アメリカから旅人として屋久島にやってきたブライアンと出会い、田畑をやっていくうちに、ずっと屋久島で稲作を続けていた地元の爺にも出会いました。少しづつ田んぼを増やし、稲作の経験を重ねていきました。
　お米には88人の神様が宿ると言います。そのお米を毎日食べる。山や森から迎えたお水を汚さずに、海や大気に還し、その循環を目で見れる屋久島（雨が降り虹を見せてくれたりします）に暮らしていること。本当にありがたいです。
　お米だけでなく、ガジュツや生姜、その他のお野菜、稲藁を使ったお正月飾りなど、屋久島のエネルギーが宿った産物をみなさまにお届けしたいと思っています。

I believe that growing rice in the rice fields between the forest and the sea in Yakushima, which has all the elements, is a prayer that leads to joy.
 I met Brian, who had come to Yakushima as a traveler from the US, and while we were working together in the fields, I met a local man who had been growing rice for a long time. In this way, we gradually increased the number of rice fields and gained experience in rice cultivation.
 It is said that 88 gods dwell in rice. Eat it every day. The fact that we live in Yakushima, where we can see the circulation of the water that comes from the mountains and forests, and return it to the sea and atmosphere without polluting it (it rains and sometimes shows rainbows). I really appreciate it.
 In addition to rice, we hope to deliver to you the products of Yakushima's energy, such as bajutsu, ginger, other vegetables, and New Year's decorations made from rice straw.
